I've been lifting weights for 20 years, but that doesn't mean I've always had a healthy relationship with my body.
I've struggled with body image. I've gone through seasons of losing weight, gaining it back, and feeling like I was constantly starting over.
And I know how frustrating that can be.
I also spent 10 years working alongside a naturopathic doctor, where I saw firsthand how much people's lives could change when they started making small, consistent changes to their nutrition, movement, and everyday habits.
And over the years, I've learned something for myself.
Being healthy isn't about chasing a number on the scale or trying to achieve the perfect body. It's about building a lifestyle that's actually sustainable.
For me, that's been through strength training, developing better habits, and, most importantly, understanding who I am in Christ.
Because my worth isn't determined by what I weigh or what I see in the mirror.
And that's what I want other women to experience.
I want women to feel just as strong on the outside as they are on the inside. I want them to feel confident, healthy, and full of energy so they can go after everything God has called them to do.
I want us to be women who take care of the bodies God has given us, not out of pressure to look a certain way, but because we want to live long, healthy, purpose-filled lives.
And I want to create a space where women feel safe to come exactly as they are.
You don't have to be in shape. You don't have to know how to lift weights. And you don't have to have it all figured out.
I want this to be a place where we can learn, grow, encourage one another, and build healthy habits together.
Because I don't just want to help women change their bodies. I want to help women change the way they see themselves.
To recognize their worth in Christ, to discover how strong they're capable of becoming, and to have the confidence to walk in everything God has called them to do.
So if any of this resonates with you, I'd love for you to come train with me.
Let's get stronger together—not just for today, but for the lives God has called us to live.
